Warren Finkel is one of the partners of ACE IT Solutions and brings decades of business and technology experience to the company. With a strong background in technology and business operations, Warren’s responsibilities include sales, marketing, finance and building important vendor relationships. Warren is influential in developing the company's strategy from planning and revenue management to business development. Prior to ACE IT Solutions, Warren founded NetworkDR, an IT solutions and services provider where he oversaw sales, marketing and operations management and was instrumental in building the business from the ground up. Prior, he ran sales and managed the operations for RLM Group and Universal Micro. Both companies were focused on the sales of hardware components to the white box PC, DRAM and flash memory markets.
David Erman is an ACE IT Solutions partner and has over 22 years of experience in the office equipment and automation field. David was one of the two founding partners of ACE Copy Systems and is responsible for sales, marketing and vendor relationships of the successful office equipment dealer. Dave’s business expertise built ACE Copy Systems into a premier dealer for both Konica Minolta and Panasonic. David’s decades of sales and business development expertise brings strong leadership to the ACE companies.
Tom has been in the office equipment business for over 25 years and has a deep understanding of the industry and the type of service it takes to run a successful business. As a founding partner of ACE Copy Systems, Tom was responsible for equipment sales and service. As the company expanded, Tom took on the technical side of the company as well management of the business’ financials.
Norm Steiner has over 20 years of experience in the IT services industry and heads the technical department at ACE IT Solutions. He has personally implemented several hundred installations for a wide variety of industries, including financial, manufacturing, medical and healthcare, insurance, distribution and accounting firms. Norm has proven to be a detail-oriented project leader who is always looking for creative ways to reduce costs and increase productivity, maximizing the ROI for many of ACE IT Solutions’ clients.
