For customers who do not subscribe to our premium 24x7 Unlimited Help Desk support:
Technical support is available during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm). Please call
646-558-5575 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to identify and remediate issues on an as-needed, pay-per-use basis. Support calls and email received after business hours will be returned during normal business hours.

Help Desk support agreements can be tailored to fit your business’ needs and budget.
Immediate, after-hours emergency support is available to our
Managed Services clients and clients who have a contract with us for comprehensive
Help Desk support. This includes nights and weekends.
